Why are your suits so cheap?  Are they of a lower quality than your competitors?

We believe our suits are the best quality in Australia and this is backed up by our custoemr feedback.  In a recent customer survey, 96% of customers rated our products as ‘good value’ or ‘amazing value’.

We use only the highest quality fabrics and materials and our team comprises some of the most experienced tailors in Bangkok – Asia’s spiritual home of bespoke tailoring for over two centuries.

We could cut costs by moving production to China, but we have made the decision not to sacrifice quality under any circumstances.

We keep our prices low because we want to make quality bespoke tailoring accessible to everyone.  It really is that simple.

We take absolute pride in the quality of our products and we think the fact that, despite orders numbering in the hundreds, we have never received a single complaint about the quality of our fabrics, materials or tailoring speaks for itself.

Where are your suits and shirts made? 

All our tailor-made garments are produced by hand by experienced tailors in Bangkok.

Do you have a shop?

We do not at this stage have a physical store as this is one way we keep our costs, and prices, as low as possible.

If you require assistance with any aspect of your order, please do not hesitate to call or email us and we will do our absolute best to give you the most helpful customer service experience you’ve ever had.

Can you help me with measuring? 

We do not recommend you measure yourself for our bespoke garments, but get another person to help you.

We encourage you to refer to our YouTube channel and of course you are always welcome to contact us if you need any help or are not 100% sure of anything in the measuring process.

If you are not comfortable with being measured by a partner and wish to be measured still, there is the option of being professionally measured (virtually) by an mPod booth at your local Westfield’s Shopping Centre. Can I arrange a Corporate Booking for my office?

We are available for corporate bookings.

We are based in Melbourne, but do make occasional trips to other Australian cities for this purpose.

If you would like SuitMeUp to visit your workplace, please get in touch and we will do our best to make it happen.

What if I think the measurements I have provided are wrong?

We understand that you are not an experienced tailor and this may be the first time you’ve been measured for an outfit.

If you require specific guidance you can refer to YouTube channel and of course you are always welcome to contact us if you need any help or are not 100% sure of anything in the measuring process.

If, nonetheless, you are not confident that the measurements you provided are 100% accurate, please let us know.  We do undertake several layers of verification to ensure measurements we receive are as correct as possible, but it does help to know if you have specific areas where we should consider your measurements in particular.

I have a suit or shirt which fits me perfectly. Can you copy the measurements?

Absolutely.  We can do this either from measurements you provide of the existing garment, or by you sending the garment to us for copying.

In some cases, we may need to charge some minor additional postage costs to cover our expenses, but we will discuss these with you on a case-by-case basis.

What are my payment options?

SuitMeUp accepts Visa and MasterCard credit card payments through Stripe’s secure payment gateway, as well as Bank Deposits.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Under ordinary circumstances, your tailored suit or shirt will be received within 3 weeks, via international courier with tracking.

Your accessories will be sent via Australia Post within 72 hours of placing your order.

If you require rush production or shipping, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.  It is usually possible but may incur a small additional cost.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

All shipping to Australia is FREE. Suits and shirts are all shipped free of charge anywhere in the world.

As the suits and shirts are sent via DHL, EMS courier or Registered Thai Post, signature on delivery will be required and we cannot send to PO Boxes.

If you order only accessories, these can be sent to PO Boxes. 

Do you ship internationally?

Our tailored suits and shirts can be shipped anywhere in the world for FREE.

Our accessories will be shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post for FREE. If you are based outside of Australia and are interested in our accessories, please send an email to hello@suitmeup.com.au and we will calculate postage for you.

How do I check the status of my order?

We will send you the tracking number for your order as soon as our tailors are done with your garments are completed and they are lodged with the courier.

To check on the status of your order prior to dispatch please send us an email at orders@suitmeup.com.au. Please include your billing name and order number.

Can I rush my order?

If you need your order urgently please contact us at hello@suitmeup.com.au before ordering and we will do our best to assist you. This will incur additional postage charges.

My recent order does not fit, what should I do?

Assuming your order can be altered by a local tailor, we will send you a $60 alterations credit per order. Please the steps on our alterations page to claim an alterations credit.

If you find that your order cannot be altered by a local tailor or requires more than $60 worth of alterations per order, our tailors in Bangkok will alter or remake the garment for you and send it back at no additional charge. You will be responsible for the cost of posting the garment directly to Bangkok.

Where should I get my garments altered?

You can visit any local tailor or alterations service of your choice to get your garments altered.  SuitMeUp will reimburse you up to $60 of your alterations per order.

How do I submit updated measurements after an alteration?

Simply log into your online account and update your measurements in your account.

Alternatively, please contact our Customer Happiness Team at help@suitmeup.com.au to help you with ensuring your updated measurements are reflected correctly.

What is your refund policy?

At SuitMeUp, we pride ourselves on our quality products and friendly customer service.

As our garments are made to your specific measurements we cannot provide exchanges.

If a product is faulty or damaged we will promptly ship you a replacement at our expense.

We have a comprehensive alterations policy, including a reimbursement for alterations. Please have a look at our alterations page for more information.

As all of our suits and shirts are made to measure – truly bespoke – our service is perfect for discerning consumers of all shapes and sizes.

We understand how difficult it is to purchase off-the-rack plus-sized clothes, let alone how expensive to have them altered, so we stand ready to assist you to design the perfect suit that will fit you perfectly and really flatter your body shape.
