My name is Amber Marquardt and I am an Association Broker & Realtor® of Maple Home Collective and Keller Williams Realty. At age 20 I bought my first home, fell in love with the Real Estate world, and began my career. I have helped over 125 families buy and sell real estate, with over 40 million in sales since 2013. I’ve been licensed in 3 different states and received my Brokers License in 2016. The details and intricacies of each transaction are so energizing to me! Real Estate teaches me new things every day, because it is constantly changing and growing. For every family and client I get to help, I am thankful for the lifelong relationships we build together. My parents own their own business producing and selling Pure Maple Syrup, so I always enjoyed watching and learning how to be an entrepreneur from them. Their Maple Syrup is the best you’ll ever taste!! My husband and I have two fur babies, a golden retriever and lab pit mix, who are our world. We love the beauty the Lake Country area has to offer, hiking, boating, camping! We also frequent Bel Air Cantina for some tacos and enjoy local restaurants with our family. While I’m not out showing or selling homes, I do lots of yoga, gardening, and home design/decor transformations. One reason behind these meanings is that maple trees have the ability to adapt to many different soil types and climates. The maple syrup produced from these trees was an important food source, and came to represent success and abundance. The color changes the maple tree goes through from one season to another paints a picture of a season in our lives where we make transitions and moves, such as selling and buying a home! That is where the name Maple Home Collective was born.
